Job Description
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the assigned products, including its features, capabilities, and value proposition.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs related to the products.
• Thoroughly explain the company's products to the employees and make them understand the concept of Target.
• In developing with Target, each employee must not only believe in Target but also be able to work with Target himself.
• Can study whether or not the progress of the employees, can provide the necessary training, and make the best of the target given to the department.
• Not only trying to meet the target every month but also planning in advance to do the best for the next months.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, manuals, and FAQs.
• Provide training to internal teams, including sales, support, and marketing, on product features, benefits, and positioning.
• Serve as a point of contact for products, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting when necessary.
• Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to identify areas for product improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, support team and marketing to ensure alignment and successful product execution.
• Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure product quality and stability.
• Monitor product performance metrics, such as adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, and provide insights to the Product Manager.
• Availability to work outside of standard work hours when needed.
Requirements
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
• Minimum 8 years’ experience related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial industry (preferable as Loan Supervisor (or) Assistant Manager).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & Email (Business Format).
• Good in Presentation Skills, Management Skills, Negotiation skills, problem solving skills, Time management skills, Teamwork skills.
• Strong in Customer dealing skills, Persuasion Skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of financial planning concepts, sales principles and customer service practices.
• Can travel local Branch.
