Assistant General Manager

❖ Manage daily operations including sales, distribution, and inventory ❖ Work closely with farmers, local agents, and dealers to increase sales Implement simple and practical market expansion strategies ❖ Supervise staff, assign duties, and improve team efficiency ❖ Control operational costs and ensure business profitability ❖Oversee product quality, warehouse, and delivery processes ❖ Provide regular sales and operation reports to the Owner / MD ❖Suggest practical ideas for business growth and expansion

❖ Any Degree (or) Agriculture Science , Agribusiness ❖ Prefer MBA or Master's Degree will be an advantage ❖Practical management or business operation experience ❖ Experience in agriculture, fertilizer, seeds, or FMCG is preferred ❖ Good communication skills with farmers and local partners ❖ Willing to travel and work in the field ❖ Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
