Job Description
1. Handling attendance software properly to enforce staff rules
2. To check & monitor HR software and if there is any error or mistake, report to software developer
3. Assists HR Payroll Compensation and Benefits
4. Prepare all necessary reports (monthly, quarterly and yearly) to support both internal and external requirement
5. Prepare and update HR manuals and proactively work communicate with attendance software to ensure that all HR practices meet standard
6. Arrange the orientation program for new employee and provide the training of HR practices
7. Take care of whole processes of employee recruitment
8. Be responsible of Mid-career recruitment in aspect of pre-screening, arranging the final interview and successful candidate on board
9. Responsible for accurate timely, quality inputs of the payroll data to who is responsible for doing so, for the successful delivery of Monthly Payroll
10. Prepare/review input of Full & Final Settlement of resigned/terminated employees, OT , Performance bonus, New joiners, Professional Changes,
11. Deductions and such other components in monthly payroll
12. Responsible for Measuring Departmental Appraisals Each month and annually
13. Contacting relevant departments in a timely manner and taking effective action on Fraud cases
Requirements
• Any bachelor’s degree & HRM, HRD, BMA and Business Diploma is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience related field.
• 3 years working experience as a Assistant Manager or similar role is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet and email.
• Must have knowledge in Government labor laws.
• Good active listening and presentation skills.

• Good communication skills and employee relationship skill.
