Workshop Manager

အသစ်ဖွင့်လှစ်မည့် Super Seven Stars Company - Luxury and Premium Brands Automotive Service Center တွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ရန် အောက်ပါရာထူးများအမြန်လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည် Key Responsibilities •Plan daily loading with Workshop Controller; allocate jobs to technicians. •Ensure diagnostic quality, repair standards, and road test protocols. •Monitor productivity, efficiency, and comebacks; drive root-cause actions. •Oversee tool control, calibration, and housekeeping (5S). •Coordinate with Parts for availability and with FOH for status updates.

Qualifications •Any degree or Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or automotive) •7+ years technical leadership •Master technician background preferred •Valid driving license
