- Understand Interior Fit-Out Construction Drawings - Prepare Project budget - Monitor project budget in check - Ability to negotiate the cost of projects - Assist in any contracts administration duties related to QS - Handle and assist client when discussing budget cost - Check site condition if necessary - Coordinate with clients, sub-cons and other teams to assure the project is well-going

- Diploma, Certificate in Quantity Surveying - Preferred with Civil Background - Minimum experience of at least 2 years in the related field - Ability to understand design drawings 2D plans, joinery details drawings - Able to work under tight schedule - Able to travel site visits and client meetings - Optimistic & Active - Team player - Social Intelligent Software Skills - Proficiency in AutoCAD - Proficiency in SketchUp (Optional) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
