Dream Space Interior Design Company Limited တွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ရန်အတွက် To discuss, sketch, brainstorm and understand the concept proposal with Design Director/HOD - Understand the client’s goals and requirements of the project - Create drawing timeline for the project - Report to Design Director/HOD - Prepare and specify 1. Preliminary design plans to final drawing full set 2. Joinery details, construction drawings 3. Materials and furnishings documents in organized format (i.e. lighting, furniture, wall finishes, floor finishes, furniture documentations) - Materials sourcing and work with quantity surveyors to quote client for estimating project cost - Site visits & coordination to ensure the design elements - Act as a link between construction team, clients and design team

- Bachelor (or) diploma with interior design - Must be able to draw detailed furniture designs - Minimum experience of 2 years in furniture field - Strong background with design thinking and concept - Strong background with details, joinery or construction drawings - Able to work under pressure and tight schedule - Able to travel for site visits and client meetings - Excellent communication - Well groomed - Responsible - Creative - Confident - Team player - Fast Learner - Negotiation skills Software Skills - Excellent skills in AutoCAD - Excellent skills in Sketch up and V-ray - Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop - Average skills in Microsoft Office - Average skills in Adobe Illustrator (optional)
