
Job Description
• Assist Technical Support in resolving Technical related issues by remote and site visit.
• Support in responding technical related enquiries from Field teams
• Troubleshoot and rectify RMS related issues raised from RMS team by remote and site visit
• Troubleshoot and rectify technical issues such as Power Systems and Automation Systems linking with DG
• Ensure timely responses to field escalations in accordance with the urgency
• Coordinate with O&M Teams to enforce preventive actions to avoid unnecessary and premature system breakdowns
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field
• Over three years of experience in the Telecom Operations & Maintenance (O&M) field
• Strong knowledge of Telecom Power system and DG
