QA Officer – SHERQ (MDY)

• Plan, visit, and inspect the sites in accordance with SHERQ standards, focusing on fuel consumption and site quality • Inspect remote offices, field teams, vehicles, and working activities to ensure compliance with SHERQ standards • Investigate incidents that occur in the respective zone and submit detailed Incident Reports (IR) in a timely manner, then work with the team to resolve and close the incidents • Record, report, and follow up on incidents that occur within the respective area • Follow up on the status of anti-theft deployments by the Zone Operations Teams and provide weekly updates to SHERQ Management • Prepare and submit the necessary SHERQ reports on time (daily, weekly, monthly) • Conduct and lead SHERQ awareness sessions and training for the Zone Operations team as required • Assist and support other Ad-hoc duties assignment

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the telecom tower industry, with strong knowledge of HSE and Quality Assurance • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are required. • Must be able to travel within the assigned region as needed.
