
Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all group companies
Coordinate with hiring managers on manpower planning and hiring needs
Source, screen, interview, and select suitable candidates
Manage job postings, recruitment agencies, and job portals
Ensure timely hiring and quality talent acquisition
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate databases
Support employer branding and onboarding activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
Experience in group or multi-business organizations preferred
Strong communication, coordination, and interviewing skills
