Job Description
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and attendance.
• Support a positive and healthy workplace culture by promoting engagement and morale.
• Manage daily attendance records and prepare attendance, leave, late, and OT reports.
• Handle monthly payroll processing including salary calculation, Pay report updates, and payslip
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR tools
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and Administration field
