Service Manager/ Assistant Service Manager

အသစ်ဖွင့်လှစ်မည့် Super Seven Stars Company - Luxury and Premium Brands Automotive Service Center တွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ရန် အောက်ပါရာထူးများအမြန်လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည် Key Responsibilities •Manage customer intake, triage, and RO quality; set daily targets. •Coach advisors on estimate accuracy, communication, and upsell. •Liaise with Workshop Controller for schedule adherence. •Oversee warranty process and documentation quality. •Handle escalations and ensure CSI/NPS follow-ups. •Create service packages for upselling. •Create promotion campaigns for maximizing revenue.

Qualifications •Any degree or Engineering degree •5+ years in service advisory/management •Automotive technical literacy •Microsoft office 365
