
Job Description
-Enter project-related data accurately into the system or spreadsheets.
-Assist in updating project documents, reports, and trackers.
-Support the project team with basic administrative tasks (printing, scanning, preparing
forms, etc.).
-Maintain organized digital and physical filing for project documents.
-Collect required information from relevant departments when needed.
-Assist in arranging project schedules, meetings, and follow-up tasks.
-Prepare simple daily/weekly reports as instructed by the Project Manager.
-Ensure all information handled is accurate and kept confidential.
-Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager
Requirements
-Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel & Word).
-Good attention to detail and willingness to learn data entry tasks.
-Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
-Good communication skills and willingness to coordinate with different departments.
-Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
-0-1 year in admin, data entry, or project support roles (preferred) No Experience can be consider
