Planning Manager (Nay Pyi Taw)

Salary _ 15Lakh (Nego) + other allowances Working Time - Mon to Friday (9:00AM to 5:00PM) Off day _ Saturday ,Sunday & Public Holiday Location – Nay Pyi Taw . Industry – Trading Responsibilities • Develop and implement annual work plans, budget plans and timelines in collaboration with respective HODs based on project deliverables, aligning with overall company objectives. • Lead the organization of strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment of all key business functions with the organizational strategy. • Monitoring and evaluation duties for every department with plan and actual. • Organize and safeguard corporate planning materials and documents.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Project Management. • Extensive experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and market research. • Experience in developing and implementing successful strategic plans and budgets. • Experience with monitoring and evaluation processes.
