🎯 Responsibilities
1️⃣ Training Strategy & Planning
Develop annual training roadmap aligned with business objectives
Identify competency gaps across Sales, Service, Parts, and Operations
Design structured learning paths for different job grades
Implement onboarding programs for new hires
2️⃣ Sales & Product Training
Develop product knowledge training for vehicle models
Conduct sales skills programs (consultative selling, objection handling, closing techniques)
Align training with standards similar to global brands such as: Toyota Motor Corporation, KIA Corporation, BMW Group, Mercedes-Benz Group
3️⃣ Technical & After-Sales Development
Coordinate technical training for service advisors and technicians
Ensure compliance with manufacturer service standards
Organize certification programs and skills assessments
Work closely with Service Manager & Workshop Controller
4️⃣ Leadership & Management Development
Design leadership programs for Branch Managers and Department Heads
Conduct performance coaching workshops
Support succession planning initiatives
5️⃣ Training Operations & Evaluation
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Measure training effectiveness (ROI, KPI improvement, sales growth)
Maintain training records and learning management system
Develop SOP-based training manuals
Requirements
🚗 Automotive-Specific Knowledge Required
Dealership operations structure (Sales, Service, Parts, Body & Paint)
Vehicle product lifecycle and model launch process
Customer journey in automotive retail
Service workflow & after-sales operations
Automotive CRM systems
🛠 Core Competencies
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Instructional design capability
Performance coaching & mentoring
KPI-driven mindset
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years in Learning & Development
Minimum 3 years in automotive or dealership industry preferred
Experience working with international automotive brands is an advantage
