HR Supervisor (Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities: • Post job advertisements on Job Portals (e.g., JobNet), LinkedIn (Paid), Company Website, and Social Media platforms. • Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and ensure accurate job postings. • Promote employer branding through digital channels to attract qualified candidates. • Monitor and manage incoming applications, filter CVs based on basic criteria. • Maintain candidate database and recruitment records. • Provide timely updates to HR team and support interview scheduling if needed.

Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree. • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role. • Knowledge of online job posting tools and social media usage. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Detail-oriented and proactive attitude.
