Job Description
• Monitor staff attendance and leave/absent.
• Prepare and report daily attendance for all Branches (Leave, Late, Absent).
• Check and receive leave form according to HR rules.
• Scan and maintain personal profile for all department employees.
• Prepare and issue Staff ID Card.
• Enroll New Employees data & review Better HR system.
• Effective Supporting to be smooth operation.
• Prepare and submit documents required by township labor office.
• Help staff in the Social Security Claimants.
• Assist HR Manager for monthly SSB process.
• Assist and prepare government related affairs including tax and SSB, etc.
• Assist Manager and doing all HR tasks according the standards.
• Prepare Letter for Probation, Permanent and Resignation, Termination and announce internally.
• Daily/Weekly, Monthly reporting to Manager.
• Collect CV Form and filling in interview databases.
• Assist interview process and schedule.
• Participating all of HR related meeting and general discussion.
• Maintains Confidentiality of sensitive information & documents professionally.
• Perform ad-hoc duty assigned by superior.
Requirements
• Any bachelor’s degree and HRM, HRD, Certificate or Diploma is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience Recruitment field.
• Good English and Computer skill.
• Good in Microsoft Office, internet and email.
• Must be knowledge in Government labor laws.
• Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
• Good active listening communication skills.
• Detail oriented and good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
