General Manager (Engineering)

• Lead the maintenance team in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to minimize machinery downtime. • Oversee all engineering activities related to production processes and factory machinery. • Perform preventive maintenance actions quickly and effectively. • Possess solid knowledge and understanding of PLC systems. • Develop and implement efficient maintenance schedules. • Identify and resolve technical issues or breakdowns promptly. • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and spare parts. • Develop and monitor KPIs for production efficiency, machine utilization, and downtime. • Ensure compliance with ISO and FSSC standards. • Communicate effectively with outsourced service providers, suppliers, and contractors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic). • 8–10 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Able to work Zaykabar Industrial Park (Mingalardone Tsp)
