Job Descriptions
• Assist the Fleet Supervisor in updating the team's daily task tracker and ensure timely execution of daily tasks as per the action plan
• Under the supervision of the fleet supervisor, coordinate with teams and car workshops to manage vehicle maintenance, repairs, and spare parts replacements, ensuring efficiency in both time and cost
• Update maintenance data record and monitor to have schedule maintenance program
• Ensure all the GPS devices always to be online and remind the fleet supervisor for offline count
• Monitor vehicle daily principal inspection report by driver and record in daily task tracker for immediate actions
• Check and approve vehicle daily fuel refilling request in time and record in daily fuel record tracker
• Monitor, follow up and remind the insurance valid date to vendor with the supervision of fleet supervisor
• Ensure you to keep proper record (Vehicles received check list /Handover Form/Returned check list) and financial document
• Support vehicle outsources hiring and justify the Leasing Cost, Fuel Cost, Maintenance cost, outsource hiring cost and its claiming processes as well
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with Automotive background
• Proven experience in fleet management or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Budget management and financial acumen
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience with telematics and GPS tracking system
