Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Dy-Manager (HR)-Learning & Development to lead corporate training initiatives and strengthen employee capabilities across all organizational levels. The role focuses on building a strong learning culture, developing leadership pipelines, and supporting business growth through effective training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement annual Training & Development plans.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) aligned with business objectives.
• Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels.
• Lead onboarding, Leadership development, and corporate skill training initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external training Programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain learning records.
• Support digital learning platforms and modern learning solutions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience with strong exposure to Training & Development.
• Experience in FMCG, Distribution, or Technology environment preferred.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
