
Job Description
• Recruitment & Selection (Main Role)
• Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads.
• Prepare and update Job Descriptions and hiring requirements.
• Manage recruitment sourcing through job portals, agencies, and internal channels.
• Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct HR interviews.
• Facilitate interview scheduling and selection processes with line managers.
• Prepare employment offers and support onboarding arrangements.
• ISO 22000 & FSSC (HR Support Role)
• Support HR documentation required for ISO 22000 and FSSC audits.
• Assist audit preparation and follow up HR-related corrective actions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or related field.
• Proven experience in Recruitment & Selection.
• Knowledge of ISO 22000/ FSSC environment preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
