• Researched market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to recommend strategic improvements.
• Created concepts, scripts, and proposals for commercials, TikTok videos, and events, including quarterly, semi-annual, and annual marketing plans.
• Managed production processes, video budgets, and supplier coordination, partnering with Finance for budget clearance.
• Negotiated and secured brand collaborations with local banks and mobile payment providers.
• Oversaw event execution, including design, setup, media outreach, and press coverage.
• Led internal campaigns and collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Media, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of marketing/brand-related experience (automotive industry is a strong advantage).
• Experience in digital marketing or social media handling is preferred.
• Good understanding of branding and marketing concepts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Basic skills in design tools (Canva/Photoshop) is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong willingness to learn automotive products and market trends.
