Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA in Marketing preferred
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in marketing.
At least 5 years in a senior management position.
Experience in FMCG / food manufacturing industry and oversea experience preferred
Develop and implement long-term and short-term marketing strategies.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, positioning, pricing and marketing campaign effectiveness
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
Manage online marketing activities including social media, website, and digital campaigns.
Work with production and R&D teams for new product development.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget
