
Job Description
Enter project-related data accurately into the system or spreadsheets.
Assist in updating project documents, reports, and trackers.
Support the project team with basic administrative tasks (printing, scanning, preparing forms, etc.).
Maintain organized digital and physical filing for project documents.
Collect required information from relevant departments when needed.
Assist in arranging project schedules, meetings, and follow-up tasks.
Prepare simple daily/weekly reports as instructed by the Project Manager.
• Ensure all information handled is accurate and kept confidential.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager
Perform general office administration tasks, including document handling, printing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies
Requirements
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel & Word).
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn data entry tasks.
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
Good communication skills and willingness to coordinate with different departments. • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
