
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to support our daily operations and ensure a well-organized workplace.
• Manage office facilities, cleanliness, and daily administrative operations
• Handle fixed assets, inventory tracking, and office supplies
• Coordinate uniforms, staff accommodation, and logistics
• Process bills (rental, utilities, internet, etc.) and maintain records
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and petty cash
• Support meetings, trainings, and company events
• Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Manager
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1–3 years of administrative experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
