Warehouse Manager (Egg Storage)

Super Seven Stars Group of Companies (တိုက်ကြီး - ဥစားကြက်မွေးမြူရေးလုပ်ငန်း) တွင်တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ရန်အတွက် (နေစားငြိမ်း) အမြန်ခေါ်ယူနေပါသည်။ Key Responsibilities • Manage and supervise all warehouse activities related to egg storage, handling, and distribution. • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control through regular inventory checks and reporting. • Maintain proper storage conditions, including temperature and humidity controls, to preserve product quality and freshness. • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance standards. • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse personnel to achieve operational efficiency and productivity goals. • Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch operations to ensure timely order fulfillment. • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and customer concerns. • Prepare warehouse reports, inventory records, and performance metrics for management review. • Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce losses. • Ensure workplace safety and proper use of warehouse equipment. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within food, agriculture, livestock, or FMCG industries. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent inventory control and stock management knowledge. • Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation standards. • Experience managing refrigerated or temperature-controlled storage facilities. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
