Store Supervisor

Location – South Okkalapa The Job • The Store Supervisor is responsible for managing inventory and ensuring timely availability of materials to support the production team. This role ensures smooth production operations by maintaining accurate stock levels and efficient store processes. • This person will lead the junior fellows and report to the factory manager. Key Responsibilities • Ensure timely issuance of raw materials and consumables according to production requirements • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations • Supervise goods receiving, inspection, and proper storage procedures • Maintain accurate inventory records (manual and system-based) • Coordinate with production teams for material planning and replenishment • Conduct regular stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and prepare reports • Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and proper organization • Report and manage damaged, expired, or obsolete stock • Supervise, guide, and train store assistants and staff

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in store or warehouse operations (supervisory experience preferred) • Familiarity with inventory management systems • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
