
Job Description
- Manage customer intake, triage, and RO quality; set daily targets.
- Coach advisors on estimated accuracy, communication, and upsell.
- Liaise with Workshop Controller for schedule adherence.
- Oversee warranty process and documentation quality.
- Handle escalations and ensure CSI/NPS follow-ups.
- Create service packages for upselling.
- Create promotion campaigns for maximizing revenue.
