Requirements
Require a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field, at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
Should have strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to delegate tasks, motivate employees, and provide constructive feedback.
Need to be able to communicate effectively with employees, colleagues, and customers, both verbally and in writing.
Need to be able to analyze data, identify problems, and develop solutions to improve organizational performance.
Need to be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
