Assistant Manager

Salary (800,000 to 1,000,000)

 Require a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field, at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.  Should have strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to delegate tasks, motivate employees, and provide constructive feedback.  Need to be able to communicate effectively with employees, colleagues, and customers, both verbally and in writing.  Need to be able to analyze data, identify problems, and develop solutions to improve organizational performance.  Need to be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.  Need to be able to adapt to changing circumstances and be flexible in their approach to problem-solving.
