Service Manager / General Manager (GM)

*Super Seven Stars Company လက်အောက်ရှိ အသစ်ဖွင့်လှစ်မည့် Automotive Service Center (Luxury & Premium Brands) နှင့် လက်တွဲလုပ်ကိုင်ရန် အောက်ပါရာထူးများ အမြန်လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်* -Lead daily operations of Autowerks, Washwerks, QA, Sales, and Support teams -Achieve revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction targets -Implement franchise SOPs, KPIs, and brand standards -Manage budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting -Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation -Handle escalated customer complaints and strategic partnerships

-Strong automotive service or car care management background -Leadership, financial acumen, and customer-centric mindset -Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience
