Job Description
1. Assist in recruitment and selection process by collecting, summarizing, screening CVs by JD and JS, and submit the report to HR Executive and Management
2. Assist in HR documentation tasks – SSB, Contracts for internal and external as per HR policies and procedures
3. Collect daily attendance, leave, and absent, and report to HR Executive daily, weekly and monthly
4. Record and update employee database and personal files
5. Overall support for Human Resource Management
6. Assist in orientation and In-House training programs if necessary
7. Other HR tasks assigned by HR Executive and Management
Requirements
1. Holder in Bachelor Degree with HR diploma or certificates
2. Age above 28 years
3. Minimum 2 years of experiences in HR supervisor/ Assistant HR supervisor position and 4 years in HR field
4. Good communication, and problem-solving skills
5. Self-discipline, self-management and positive attitude to work
