QA, QC and R&D Manager

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field. - Minimum 5–7 years of experience in QC or R&D in homecare or FMCG manufacturing. - Strong knowledge of surfactants, solvents, preservatives, fragrances, polymers, and formulation science. - Experience with wet chemistry, pH, viscosity, density, active matter testing, MSDS handling. - Familiarity with GMP, ISO, HACCP, and regulatory requirements. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Leadership experience managing lab or QC teams.
