Salary : 30Lakh -35Lakh +++ + Ferry +Lunch Requirements: 💎Bachelor Degree or Related Field 💎5+ years in seafood processing/food manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial production role. Experience with cold storage operations strongly preferred. 💎Strong working knowledge of production planning systems 💎Certification in HACCP/FSSC Food Safety and health & safety training preferred. 💎Operational leadership and hands-on decision making under pressure. 💎Strong production planning, scheduling and prioritization skills. 💎Labor management, coaching and change management experience. 💎Physically and mentally fit for the job.
