🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals and budgets
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors
Prepare and manage tendering processes, including RFQs, RFPs, and bid evaluations
Ensure timely procurement of construction materials and equipment
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms
Manage procurement budgets and track cost savings opportunities
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to forecast material needs
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and vendor markets
Proven negotiation and contract management skills
Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
