Job Description

Salary : Depand of Experience Location : Tamwe Township Responsibilites, • Assist in developing and executing annual and seasonal mall marketing calendars and campaigns. • Coordinate with tenants for joint promotions, event participation, and brand collaboration opportunities. • Manage in-mall displays, decorations, signage, and promotional booths. • Support event setup, logistics, and post-event evaluations. • Maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and community partners. • Monitor and report on mall traffic trends, sales performance, and campaign impact. • Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as billboards, flyers, posters, banners, and POS materials. • Liaise with printing suppliers, media agencies, and event contractors. • Coordinate on-ground events, seasonal fairs, and customer engagement activities. • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve campaign effectiveness. • Overall manage the mall’s official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). • Manage engaging online content, including posts, photos, videos, and event highlights. • Monitor digital campaigns to promote mall events, offers, and tenant promotions. • Monitor online engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and track analytics and performance metrics. • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports including campaign performance, customer insights, and recommendations. • Maintain marketing budget tracking and expense documentation. • Ensure marketing activities align with the mall’s overall branding and operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, mall management, or retail promotions (experience in shopping centers preferred). • Strong knowledge of both online and offline marketing strategies. • Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content creation. • Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills. • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
