Salary : Negotiable Salary Location : Tamwe Township Responsibilities, - Source and select products for Supermarket , Softline, and Hardline based on market trends, customer demand, and profitability. - Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and promotional support. - Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for seasonal displays and promotions. -Strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems and execute tasks effectively. - Follow up & update retail trends & Customer behavior. -Provide regular updates & operational issue reports to unit head or upper management.

- Bachelor’s degree - Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
