Job Description
•Assist to corporate office and manage to CEO’s calendar & business meeting
•To keep under review all legislative, regulatory and governance developments that might affect decision making or the organization’s operations.
•Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.
•Ensuring that people entitled to do so can inspect company records.
•Initiate the other business unit of company
•Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings
•Write emails, memos and letters
•Make and confirm travel arrangements
•Assist with presentations and reports
•Ad-hoc assigned by Senior Management.
Requirements
•We prefer the MBA who have finished it in aboard.
•At least 5 years’ experience in secretarial and support to Management have working experiences in foreign (or) international company.
•More Prefer Experience in Financial Industrial.
•Fluent in English (or) Thai language with both verbal and written.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & Email (Business Format).
•Strong in Management Skills, Negotiation skills, problem solving skills, Time management skills
Able to travel if necessary (Local & Oversea)
