Maintenance Technician

(Location - Taunggyi)* Responsibilities: - Conduct regular inspections of all machinery and equipment. - Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, chiller systems, and electrical systems. - Lubricate, clean, and replace parts as necessary to maintain equipment in good working condition. - Diagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate solutions. - Repair or replace defective parts in various systems, including plumbing systems, electrical systems, and chiller. - Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and fix issues. - Perform minor construction tasks such as carpentry, painting, and drywall repair. - Ensure compliance with all safety standards and environmental regulations. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. - Monitor and control maintenance inventory, ordering parts and supplies as needed. - Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests. - Provide on-call support as needed to address urgent issues outside of regular working hours.
