Job Description
Job Summary:
• Manage the company’s TradeNet account and ensure effective handling of drugs, supplements, medical devices, and healthcare products in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage pre-order planning activities to ensure continuous product availability and prevent low inventory levels or stockouts.
• Plan, manage, and evaluate logistics operations in coordination with external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Warehouse, and Finance) to align inventory levels and optimize order fulfillment processes.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts, overstocking, and product expiry risks.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and oversee stock movements with the support of the sales team.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and pharmaceutical industry standards.
• Monitor logistics performance including quality, quantity, delivery timelines, and transportation costs.
• Recommend optimal transportation modes, routes, and delivery schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Resolve issues related to transportation, logistics systems, imports/exports, and distribution challenges.
• Review and analyze the impact of logistics changes and report findings to management.
• Develop and implement solutions to logistics problems to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
• Coordinate and manage product registration, licensing, renewal, and related regulatory documentation.
• Oversee trademark registration processes and maintain related documentation.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant government authorities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any subject, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proven experience in product licensing and registration processes.
• Experience in trademark registration and regulatory documentation management.
• Preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, transportation, and distribution systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical logistics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
