*Job Summary*
The Global Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading overseas sourcing and procurement operations for car machine promotion items, automotive spare parts, and car accessories. The role includes supplier management, strategic purchasing, international negotiation, cost optimization, import coordination, and team leadership to support business growth and operational efficiency.
*Key Responsibilities*
• Lead and manage overseas sourcing activities for automotive spare parts, car accessories, and promotional items.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost reduction and supply stability.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with international suppliers and manufacturers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, MOQ, and delivery schedules with overseas vendors.
• Monitor international market trends, competitor pricing, and new automotive product developments.
• Ensure product quality, compliance, and supplier performance meet company standards.
• Coordinate import/export processes, shipping schedules, and logistics operations.
• Work closely with sales, warehouse, finance, and operations teams for demand planning and inventory management.
• Analyze sourcing data, purchasing costs, and supplier performance to improve procurement efficiency.
• Prepare sourcing reports, budgeting plans, and management presentations.
• Lead and supervise sourcing team members to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Resolve supplier disputes, shipment delays, and procurement-related issues professionally.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in global sourcing, overseas procurement, or automotive industry.
• At least 3 years’ experience in managerial or team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, car accessories, and international sourcing procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of import/export documentation and international logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools.
• Good command of English language (Chinese language skill is an advantage).
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience working with suppliers from China, Thailand, Korea, Japan, or other international markets.
• Familiar with Alibaba, Made-in-China, Global Sources, or international sourcing platforms.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership mindset with strong interpersonal and team management skills.
