💎Proven experience as a Factory Manager, Plant Manager, or Production Manager 💎Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, workflow, and industrial safety standards 💎Excellent organizational and leadership skills 💎Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities 💎Proficient in production planning software and MS Office 💎Ability to manage and motivate teams 💎Knowledge of quality control procedures and systems 💎Familiarity with budgeting and cost control principles 💎Excellent verbal and written in English or Korean communication skills
