
Job Description
• Develop the brand’s digital strategy and digital brand identity
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Website and other channels
• Plan and execute digital campaigns (awareness, engagement, lead generation, sales)
• Oversee content strategy: creative direction, posting calendar, brand tone
• Optimize SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads
• Coordinate with the marketing team on integrated 360° campaigns
• Monitor and analyze digital KPIs (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROI)
• Work with influencers/KOLs and digital agencies
• Ensure online customer feedback, reviews, and complaints are addressed
Requirements
• Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in digital or brand marketing
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, Ads Manager, analytics tools
• Creative thinking + data-driven decision making
