Job Description
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with purchasers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, addressing their concerns and provide timely support.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of medical device management, ensuring compliance, effective processing, and prompt resolution of issues.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure continued collaboration, engagement, and advocacy for the company's products.
- Communicate link between the company and international business partners, ensuring the development and alignment of the company’s strategic interests globally.
- Facilitate discussions, negotiations, and collaboration with international stakeholders to expand business opportunities, drive growth, and build strong relationships.
- Coordinate and sustain relation with tender people to ensure complete and successful tender project.
- Oversee the entire tender process, from initial inquiry to project completion, ensuring successful outcomes and alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine with M.B.B.S
- At least 3 years of experience in business management, sales, or customer support, within the pharmaceutical industries.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent ability to address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Proficient in Business English skill and good understanding in formal communication.
