
Job Description
Assist in supervising day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and service quality
Maintain showroom standards, including cleanliness and proper product display
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Assist in executing promotions, discounts, and marketing activities
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
Track fast-moving and slow-moving products to improve stock turnover
Support stock audits and inventory control processes
Assist in monitoring cash handling and transaction processes
Prepare and submit reports on daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Supervise branch staff and assign daily tasks
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and training
Support team development to improve productivity and service quality
Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, HR, Logistics, and Procurement
Requirements
Age between (30 to 45) years
Any graduated (or) bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
3–5 years of retail management or showroom leadership experience (building materials, or similar industry is a plus).
Strong sales and customer service orientation.
Leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of decorative materials and interior design trends is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office
