Job Description
- Prepare and manage annual administrative budget planning.
- Monitor and control administrative expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
- Review and approve administrative-related expenditures.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of expenses.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of office facilities and utilities.
- Supervise cleaning services and ensure workplace hygiene standards.
- Ensure office security systems and safety procedures are properly maintained.
- Manage and maintain fixed asset records.
- Manage office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Oversee purchase, maintenance, and control of furniture and office materials.
- Ensure proper tagging and tracking of company assets.
- Handle rental processes for office premises, vehicles, and related contracts.
- Arrange company vehicles, ferry, and daily transportation schedules.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repair.
- Source and negotiate with vendors for office materials and services.
- Arrange company events and internal activities.
- Coordinate meeting logistics including venue, transportation, and hospitality.
- Manage overall administrative operations of the company.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to all departments as required.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in any subject.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration management, at least 2 years of experience with
Management level.
- Strong budgeting and cost-control skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
