
Job Description
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to café standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Prepare beverages and food orders efficiently, especially during peak hours.
• Work closely with the kitchen and cashier to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain stock of coffee beans, milk, and other essential ingredients.
• Keep the work area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Dispose of waste properly and restock necessary supplies.
Requirements
• Minimum [3] years of barista experience.
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
