Job Description

1. Design Strategy and Standardization • Define, create, and maintain the comprehensive Design System and Style Guide for all company software, ensuring visual and interactive consistency across every module and product. • Establish a high standard for usability, focusing on making complex enterprise features accessible and non-tech-savvy friendly. • Ensure all application components, including Web Application and Mobile Application (PWA) interfaces, adhere to the defined design system and provide a cohesive user experience. 2. User Experience (UX) Research and Mapping • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand the needs and pain points of enterprise users in manufacturing, distribution, and corporate sectors. • Map out user journeys, workflow diagrams, and information architecture to define optimal interaction models for critical business processes. • Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing features, ensuring logical flow and minimal cognitive load. 3. Collaboration and Product Support • Serve as the dedicated design partner for multiple Product Managers, providing expertise to ensure design consistency and user-centricity throughout the product lifecycle. • Work closely with the development teams (using Node.js/Next.js stack) to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation of design specifications. • Provide design sign-off for development sprints, verifying that the delivered user interface meets the required quality and usability standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically focused on B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex business applications. • A strong portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of user-centric design principles, especially in simplifying complex workflows. • Expertise in utilizing modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). • Proven ability to create, implement, and govern a centralized Design System across multiple product teams. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications • Experience designing for enterprise platforms utilized in supply chain, human resources, or financial/accounting domains. • Experience defining design standards for both web and mobile/PWA applications. • Familiarity with the capabilities and constraints of modern front-end technologies (e.g., React/Next.js) and component-based architecture.
