As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a highly analytical, motivated, and dynamic Senior Analyst to join our professional team. Key Responsibilities Underwriting & Capital Markets Support • Assist Senior Management in conducting corporate due diligence and preparing documentation for IPOs, bond issuances, and stock exchange listings. Support underwriting, corporate advisory, and capital market transactions. Financial Analysis & Valuation • Perform detailed analysis of financial statements of YSX-listed companies and corporate clients. • Assist in company valuation, financial modeling, and investment analysis processes. Trading Desk Operations • Monitor daily Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX) market activities and trading movements. • Track market trends and trading volumes, and prepare concise Daily Market Summaries for internal teams and retail/institutional clients.

Requirements Education • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field. • Candidates with LCCI Level 3 or part-qualified ACCA/CPA certifications are encouraged to apply. MBA candidates will be given preference. Experience • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, investment banking, or the securities industry. Technical Skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, financial analysis, and data formatting).
