
Job Description
Responsible for plan, implement and maintenance of Infrastructure (Network & systems)
Support and maintain all Microsoft Windows Servers, Linux Servers & Storage Devices, Printers, including periodic patching of all Windows Servers, Linux Servers.
Be a higher-level technical support for any escalations.
Involves in projects and vendor management for any infrastructure projects.
Provide system configuration, administration and 24x7 support to project and application teams.
Monitor and analyze systems performance data and tunes operating system (window and/or Linux) to improve performance, optimizes systems response time or make required changes in the environment.
Liaise with support vendors for maintenance, support and resolution of issues.
Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated.
Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
Write and maintain technical implementation documentation on existing services and systems.
Performs system Administration activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Create and maintain documentation and processes for Troubleshooting, maintaining and configuring systems.
Operates within assigned budget and demonstrates fiscal responsibility.
Explore, learn and deploy new technologies that will help the company to reduce cost or improve operational efficiencies.
Create, plan and implement detailed deployment designs
Perform Project Management roles for Network & Infrastructure projects as needed, ensuring work is delivered on-time and to a high quality
Provide escalation support for deployed infrastructure as needed (Generally only required in working hours, but in exceptional circumstances support may be required out of hours)
Provide coaching, leadership and technical expertise for other System Engineers
Contribute to the development of new platforms and products in conjunction with the design teams
Promote the use of key processes within Network & Infrastructure
Design and deploy network management, provisioning and improvement tools, in line with the Network, Systems and Operational Systems strategies and the priorities of Network & Infrastructure
Requirements
Degree in computer science or relevant IT/network engineering qualifications such as MCSE certification is preferred.
At least 3 years in relevant working experience in IT and infrastructure support
CCNA or at least can configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise networks and TCP/IP (Layer II & Layer III) routing switching, LAN/WLAN cloud management, VPN tunneling.
Strong working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
Possess experience of installation, configuration and operation of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019/2021, MS SQL Server 2016, 2017 and 2019 working knowledge of following technologies – Active Directory and Linux terminal, etc, will be advantageous
Ability to analyze, evaluate and act on issues and/or problems, reach sound conclusions and take appropriate action
Possess good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, as well as good computer skills.
Ability to plan and priorities workloads, and delegate accordingly
Able to speak and write English and Myanmar fluently
Strong interpersonal & business communication skills
Confident, self-motivated, innovative and capable to work under pressure
Able to work flexibly and in an organized manner.
