Job Description
- Manage and support distributors to improve primary and secondary sales
- Monitor distributor stock levels, sales performance, and credit control
- Ensure proper market coverage through effective beat planning and route optimization
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence

- Guide and motivate the field sales team / sales executives to achieve targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in distribution-led businesses
- Experience in FMCG / Pharma / Retail / Consumer Goods is an advantage
- Strong understanding of distribution management and channel sales
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Team management and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, sales reporting, and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
