Education • Must possess a BE (Civil) degree or other related Engineering degree. Experience • Must have at least 5 to 8 years of experience in Interior Decoration / Construction fields. • Must have experience in Site Management and Project Supervision. • Must be able to lead and manage Engineering Teams. Skills • Must be able to use AutoCAD. • Must understand Construction Drawings, Shop Drawings, and Layout Plans. • Must have strong Problem-Solving skills. • Must have Leadership & Team Management skills. • Must be able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). • Must have good Communication & Coordination skills. Other Requirements • Must be able to take full responsibility for handling and solving overall Construction Projects. • Candidates with experience in Aluminium Door / Window installation will be preferred. • Must be able to travel and supervise at outstation sites and stay for short-term trips when required. • Must be able to assign duties and supervise Engineering Teams. • Must prioritize Quality, Safety, and Project Timelines. • Must be between 40 and 55 years old. Salary : About 15 Lakhs
